Capital Markets Fundamentals
In this session delegates will cover the main functions of the capital markets. Most importantly, the key investors and investees are covered in detail. Delegates will then examine the life of a corporate and consider the debt and equity funding options that are available.
Debt Capital Market for Issuers
In this session delegates will cover the main debt products available to corporates. Using a case company, the debt capacity is calculated before different funding options. Both long and short term, and public and private financing options are explored. Finally the bond.
Fixed Income Fundamentals
The aim of this session is to provide delegates with an introduction to the underlying mathematics of fixed income. The session does not focus on any particular financial instruments, but develops a comprehensive tool kit that is essential for every professional in the finance sector to understand interest rates and fixed income instruments.
