Course description
This Level 1 City and Guilds Award entry-level qualification is the perfect introduction to bricklaying.
Gain a basic introduction to bricklaying knowledge and practical skills, ranging from:
- how to select appropriate tools and materials.
- working safely in a workshop environment with a unit on health and safety
in construction. - how to handle Mortar and construct basic masonry structures.
Hand skills will be developed to prepare you for the bricklaying assessment tasks.
