Course description
The Complete Wellbeing for Leadership Teams workshop is designed by our resident Consultant Psychologist and aims to support senior leaders in large corporate organisations in cultivating their own wellbeing and leading others towards their journey of wellness. As leaders, there is often a tendency to prioritise the wellbeing of others while neglecting one's own needs. However, prioritising self-care and learning effective wellbeing practices can enhance leadership effectiveness, productivity, and overall team engagement. Through a comprehensive exploration of mental health, work-life balance, and practical wellness strategies, participants will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve complete wellbeing and create a positive impact in their professional and personal lives.
