In collaboration with MPW Learning, a programme called ‘Leadership Pathway Programme’ was designed to bring all of the skills of a large high street charity organisation management team up to date. After introduction of the programme, common working practices were restructured, productivity increased and management satisfaction improved.

Samantha Webley, a Personal Loans Team Leader at Cardiff based MotoNovo Finance, upon completing the LEAD Management Programme she decided for her ‘Making a Difference’ project to focus on developing a fully motivated Outbound Sales Team achieving an average of 125 personal loan sales per month.

The Global PA Association & Training Academy was established in 2007 in London and has been leading the way globally on upskilling the potential of the Office Professional sector. The sector is identified as including Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Secretaries, Admin Assistants, Office Managers, Team Assistants, and others.

In partnership with Kingston University Business School, we conducted academic research, which was published in academic journals in 2012. This research is the largest sample in the world related to the sector and identified that over 60% of office professionals are qualified to degree level.
