But the only way to do that is first to work out what’s important, and then to get that extra time by reducing the time you spend on things that are unimportant – which is actually most things! There are just five ways to reduce the time you spend on unimportant things, and Chris talks you through all five.

About Chris

Chris Croft has an Engineering Degree from Cambridge and an MBA, worked as a senior manager in manufacturing for 10 years and then as a university lecturer for five years before starting his own training company in 1995.
