MA Values-Led Leadership
The MA Values-led Leadership is a 3 year part-time course, offered by The Learning Institute in partnership with Newman University.
The MA is designed for those who work in any field of education or training, and whose aim is to develop and improve their leadership skills, enhance their professional profile and engage in rigorous research and high level inquiry.
The MA can be delivered within a group of schools, or Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) to further develop Professional Mastery and Leadership across a team, ensuring research-based practice, a strong leadership pathway and succession planning.
Alternatively, individuals are welcome to study for an MA at our teaching venue in Roche, Cornwall.
