This Essential Leadership Practices course will help Participants understand and appreciate then core skills and practices of effective leaders. It will highlight key differences between managers and leaders, establish why they need each other and clarify who should do what, when and how. It will increase Participants confidence and enable them to lead all types of teams, departments and companies and achieve optimum results through others.
