To get the most from the course, a good standard of English is required.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be awarded the ICA Certificate in Corporate Governance and will be entitled to use the designation -Spec.Cert(CorpGov)

In order to study for an ICA qualification, you will need to become a member of ICA.
