Overview
You will be taken through an overview of the practical steps needed to advise on and to lodge applications in divorce, private children, domestic abuse and financial order claims.
In each case, pre-action steps, the court forms and procedure before the court will be outlined. We will consider the law, procedure and process along with practical tips to help you in practice.

This course will be of benefit to trainee solicitors, chartered legal executives, paralegals qualified solicitors, and other practitioners new to family law.
It’s also ideal for returning professionals to this area, who are looking for an overview of the law, procedures and processes.
If you’re a practitioner with limited or no practical experience of dealing with family law issues, this course will act as an informative guide.
