Each year we do a report for those working in HR and Learning and Development, and each year our report focuses on different themes and topics. The purpose of the report is to discuss issues and obstacles in the HR/L&D industry and to highlight trends.
We didn't run a report in 2020 because of the pandemic, and so we want to make this year's report our biggest yet.
But more than that, we also want to acknowledge how difficult 2020 was for a lot of the people in our community of learners and training providers.
To this end, we are making a £1 donation to Mental Health UK for every survey response we receive.
We've chosen Mental Health UK because a lot of the work we did during the pandemic was on the mental repercussions of having to go back into training after having a long career, and helping those who might suddenly find themselves without a job choose a new pathway through education. We feel like the work Mental Health UK do is a very fitting donation.
